$30.00 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum charge. Each additional hour is billed in 15-minute increments. (Rush service is an additional $15.00 charge. No contract is required for this type of rate plan.
Power Point Presentations: $30.00-$50.00 per hour (based on type of project and client must supply text). Direct Mailings: Stuffing: 6 cents each Folding: 6 cents each Standard letter (1-page): $10.00
Each additional page: $3.00 Web Design: $45.00 per hour with RB2 Design (www.rb2design.com)
Special Monthly Retainer Package Rates*:
5-10 hours per month $28.00 per hour ($2.00 discount)
10-15 hours per month $27.00 per hour ($3.00 discount)
15-20 hours per month $26.00 per hour ($4.00 discount)
20+ hours per month $25.00 per hour ($5.00 discount)

Payment Terms and Methods:
L & S Secretarial Services accepts Visa, Mastercard, cashiers check, money order, or PayPal.
A 50% deposit is due before the project begins with the remainder due upon completion of the project. Retainer payments that are under contract will be invoiced monthly with net terms of 15 days. Any payments that are past 30 days due, a 1.5% late service fee may apply.
